Job Title
CLEANING SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

When working with Sparkle Services you will be working for a well-established, innovative commercial cleaning company. We are currently recruiting a professional and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our taskforce. The cleaning specialist will take on various roles and be charged with maintaining facility cleanliness according to employer standards. We are looking for detail-orientated individuals who have positive attitudes. The right person for the position is punctual, reliable, thorough and always ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Mops, dusts, vacuums and removes trash.
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards.
  • Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Keeps housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion.
  • Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor.
  • Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Job Title
TRAINING COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

When working with Sparkle Services you will be working for a well-established, innovative commercial cleaning company. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and outgoing Training Coordinator. The individual must be fluent in both English and Spanish. The purpose of the role is to make certain that Sparkle Services is working in a manner that guarantees our customers are receiving exemplary service. The position is hands-on and centers on training Cleaning Specialists operation skills, which will be effectively carried out in the field. The Training Coordinator will later follow-up with Cleaning Specialists to ensure that tasks are being completed properly. By developing employee skills and helping them reach their potential you will build and maintain employee satisfaction. The right person for this role has the ability to work well with others and can be a reliable intermediary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains training and development programs according to budget.
  • Identifies measurements for training effectiveness, and recommends changes as needed.
  • Coordinates, supports, and develops trainers in their roles.
  • Documents, reviews, and analyzes completed training results.
  • Conducts needs analysis to identify skills/competency gaps and reports results to management.
  • Develops and maintains a training catalog outlining all courses provided by the company.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of current training methods.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Administers training to new recruits both in classroom and in field.

Job Title
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary:

When working with Sparkle Services you will be working for a well-established, innovative commercial cleaning company. We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager. This is a supervisory position, which will require the individual to manage all activities related to the operations and development of the company. This entails night supervision of account and personnel, maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing work schedules, managing employees, working with budgets and more (detailed in the responsibilities section below). The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes production and quality control standards.
  • Develops budget and cost controls.
  • Obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
  • Provides guidance regarding personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and facility and equipment needs.
  • Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
  • Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
  • Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
  • Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Summary:

Working with Sparkle Services you will be working for a well-established, innovative commercial cleaning company. We are currently recruiting a professional and experienced warehouse cleaning specialist to join our taskforce. The warehouse cleaning specialist will take on various roles and be charged with maintaining facility cleanliness according to employer standards. We are looking for detail-orientated individuals who have positive attitudes. The right person for the position is punctual, reliable, thorough and always ready to learn. This is a Saturday night shift and requires the team member to be able to work from 6pm until 4am.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mop, dust, vacuum
  • Remove trash
  • Sweep floors
  • Collect and compact cardboard throughout facility.
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Keep public access areas clean and maintain them according to employer standards.
  • Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
